Our services are for adults 18 years of age and over, located in our service area: Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson and Boulder City, Nevada. Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance into the practice or eligibility for any treatment.
Any treatment is prescribed solely at the discretion of a licensed provider, based on your consultation, health history and laboratory results, and may not be suitable for everyone. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or a promise of any specific treatment.
The comprehensive blood panel, the at-home or in-office draw, and the in-person results review are provided at no cost to qualifying individuals in our service area, subject to availability and to completion of a patient intake. No purchase is required and enrollment in membership is optional.
The panel and review are informational. They do not by themselves constitute treatment or establish eligibility for any therapy.
Enrollment in our concierge practice is limited to 50 active patients as a structural feature of our practice model. Availability may vary at any time.
Concierge membership is optional. Membership is $599 per month for individuals and $999 per month for couples, under a Membership Agreement with an initial term of one year that continues for successive one-year terms unless either party gives thirty (30) days' written notice of non-renewal.
A ten percent (10%) discount applies where the annual fee is paid in advance. The first two monthly payments are due at signing. Fees may change on thirty days' notice prior to a renewal term.
Travel beyond a 25 mile radius of Henderson, Nevada may carry an additional fee. IV therapy, compounded medications and supplements are not included in membership.
Your signed Membership Agreement sets out the full terms and governs if anything on this page differs from it.
Membership is not an insurance plan and is not a substitute for health insurance coverage. We do not accept health insurance of any kind, including Medicare, and we do not bill or submit claims for services provided under a Membership Agreement.
Health outcomes vary from person to person. No particular result is promised or guaranteed. Any patient testimonial published by us is an individual experience, shared with that patient's written authorization, and is not a promise of any particular outcome.
Our services are not emergency services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Email, text and other electronic communication must never be used to seek care in an emergency.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. Where a Membership Agreement is in place, the parties agree first to meet and confer in good faith, and either party may then submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, conducted in accordance with American Health Law Association procedures.
